This free program services children birth to three years and three years to kindergarten.  Certified parent educators trained in child development conduct personal home visits to share age appropriate information regarding growth and development and discuss topics of interest or concern.

This is a home-school-community partnership which supports parents in their role as their child's first and most influential teacher. Parents as Teachers is offered at no cost to all interested parents of children age 0-36 months and expectant parents within the Bayless School District.  For more information please call Bayless Elementary at 314-256-8620 or 314-256-8632..
