by Jennifer Wagner

November 29, 2006

Alternative Education Programs for Students-Jr./Sr. high school students who have been suspended or expelled from Bayless schools may be offered the opportunity to attend the S.C.O.P.E. Management School program.  The Management School program at S.C.O.P.E. School District is a collaborative effort involving other school districts and service agencies to provide an alternative to suspension opportunity for students who have lost the right to attend public schools.

Missouri G.E.D. Option Program-Students who are deficient of high school credits for graduation, or are on the verge of dropping out, or are not successful in their regular education environment may be eligible to enroll in either the ACE program located in the Jr. High or may enroll in the Missouri G.E.D. Option program located at S.C.O.P.E.  There are age requirements and entry criteria for both programs.  Additional information may be obtained at the High School.
