Registration for kindergarten students for the 2012-13 school year will be held in April. Five year olds born before August 1, 2007 may register for the full day, tuition free kindergarten program. Toilet trained three to five year olds born before August 1, 2009 may register for Bayless Preschool. Preschool registration is first come, first served. Preschool tuition is to be determined.
Full/complete registration requires:
• Birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Social Security card (optional)
• Proof of Residency (may be a signed rental/lease agreement or a house contract and a unpaid utility bill – Gas or Electric)
• Name, address and phone number of child’s doctor
• Parent’s work number and cell phone number
• Two emergency contact names and phone numbers
• Divorced parents must provide a copy of the dissolution decree, which states custody rights.
Please be prepared to schedule your child’s screening. Screenings will be held by appointment only on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
