Sport Physicals Available for Bayless Students in Grades 6-11

It is free sport physical time again at Bayless High School. All students who will participate in sports, cheerleading and dance in junior high or high school must have a current physical on file. Your child can receive a free physical while at school that will be good for the entire 2012-2013 school year. Have your child see the school nurse for a permission form. Again, this is a FREE service and your child will need no other physical for the next school year.
Dates for physicals are 2/29, 3/7, 3/14, 3/28 and will be done during the school day in the high school nurse's office. Contact High School Nurse, Anne-Marie Barker at 314-256-8663 if you have any questions.
