New Construction at Bayless Intermediate

Bayless Intermediate students and staff returned to school to find the results of a major construction project that had been going on all summer. Construction crews added air conditioning to the whole building, moved the offices into the old library space, built a new library in what was Central Office and the old office was converted to a faculty room. The staff could not even get into the building until 2:00 p.m. the Friday before school started and there was still much work to do. Many staff members worked all weekend and the Monday before school opened to get their rooms ready for Open House and the first day. It was truly an amazing effort on the part of the everyone involved! We invite you to stop by and take a look at our updated school.
