Grades PreK – 2 Elementary office 314-256-8620

Five year olds born before August 1, 2003 may register for the full day, tuition free kindergarten program. Three to five year olds born before August 1, 2005 may register for Bayless Preschool. Preschool registration is first come, first served.
Full/complete registration requires:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Social Security card (optional)
- Proof of Residency (may be a signed rental/lease agreement or a house contract and a unpaid utility bill – Gas or Electric)
- Name, address and phone number of child’s doctor
- Parent’s work number and cell phone number
- Two emergency contact names and phone numbers
- Divorced parents must provide a copy of the dissolution decree, which states custody rights.
- Last report card or transcripts(high school)
