Letter to Educators Regarding PBTE

Dear Bayless Educator,
In an attempt to better recognize the work our teachers do, Bayless School District has created a revised Performance Based Teacher Evaluation process with the goal of impacting teacher growth/development and student achievement.
Draft forms of the formative and summative evaluations are attached for your information and review. We are looking for feedback in the formative and summative evaluations regarding the clarity, consistency and the inclusion of current instructional practices.
In keeping with district policy, time with the C.A.T. Team, P.I.C. members and teacher associations will be planned for further review of these documents. Should you have questions or comments please contact your building principal.
