Helping Seniors Take A Bite Out Of Life!

The South County Senior Center is one of 26 multi-purpose senior centers provided by Mid-East Area Agency On Aging, a non-profit organization.  Senior centers provide a comfortable gathering place for persons age 60+ to socialize, enjoy a variety of activities, entertainment, receive importation educational material, nutrition and health information, health screenings and a hot, nutritionally balanced meal.  Meals and certain services are also provided to the homebound (who meet eligibility requirements) through the Home Delivered Meal Program.  There is NO CHARGE for any of our services, programs or meals; participants are encouraged to make a contribution toward their meal.  All contributions are confidential and no one is refused service if they are unable to contribute.  Fund-raising is crucial to maintaining our services, programs and meals.
