How to access the Annual Update
1. Go to the Parent Portal login page
4. You will be taken to the welcome screen before beginning the 'Annual Update' registration
- Make sure all existing students are listed here before clicking the 'Begin Registration' button. For example: You have students going into 3rd, 7th, and 10th grade. On this screen you only see the 3rd and 10th grade students. STOP and contact the school of the student you don't see. Bayless needs to get the student associated with your portal account. This is not a normal occurrence but has happened and will cause problems on the back end.
- If you are registering a new student to the district. You will add the student, during the registration, when you get to 'Student' tab. There is a button to add a student. For example: You are registering a kindergartner or a sibling that was at another school. IF you see all of your existing students, click the 'Begin Registration' button.
